● Our Mission
Opportunity, on purpose.
ICAA Boston empowers individuals from underrepresented communities to build lasting careers in the life sciences, through hands-on training, real industry exposure, and wraparound support that removes barriers at every step.
The South Shore has been left out of the life sciences conversation.
Massachusetts is the global capital of biotech, but most of the jobs, training, and investment cluster around Kendall Square. Communities just 20 miles south are regularly overlooked.
Talented residents, including Black, Latino, immigrant, and first-generation workers, face an opportunity gap: no nearby training, no employer pipeline, no one to vouch for them when they apply.
ICAA Boston is closing that gap. We bring the labs, the instructors, the regulatory expertise, and the employer partnerships directly to the South Shore , and to the people who deserve a seat at the table.
