Inner City Academic Achievers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young individuals between the ages of 12 and 26 navigate life and unlock their full potential. Based in the vibrant city of Boston, Massachusetts, we provide comprehensive support and resources to empower youth in various aspects of their lives.
We envision a Boston where every young person, regardless of background, has a safe foundation, clear career pathways, and access to Massachusetts’ thriving life sciences economy. Through strategic partnerships with industry, CDMOs, and community anchors, we create lasting economic mobility for Boston’s youth.
