Founded in 2012 by Dr. Leona Saunders, ICAA Boston was built on a belief that access to science careers should not depend on your zip code. What began as a youth program has grown into a full workforce development organization serving individuals at every stage of life, from young adults to career changers ready to start something new.

All hands-on training takes place at Holbrook Annex, a 4,484 square foot life sciences facility at 270 Centre Street in Holbrook, Massachusetts. The facility features a simulation manufacturing floor, a 20-person classroom, and over $1 million in life sciences equipment. The South Shore finally has a seat at the table.
